I’ve finally got around to adding the episode stills of Chyler’s first appearance ever on Grey’s Anatomy, in the season 3 episode Testing 1-2-3. Along with adding the stills of Chyler’s first appearance, I’ve also added screencaps of Chyler in Testing 1-2-3 and in the season finale episode of season 3 Didn’t We Almost Have It All?. I’ll be slowly working on updating the Grey’s Anatomy gallery section along with the rest of the gallery.
I’ve added screencaps of Chyler’s appearance in the 7th Heaven episode Blind. Chyler makes three guest appearances on 7th Heaven as the character Frankie. Also, appearing with Chyler, is Nathan West who played Johnny.
The Time Jumpers are pulling out all the stops for their new self-titled album. The CD, released last month, features Vince Gill among the group’s 11 members playing the unique brand of western swing that’s been their trademark since first forming in 1998. Now the band has filmed a video for the album’s “On the Outskirts of Town,” employing one of TV’s most well-known actresses to star in the clip.
“Grey’s Anatomy” star Chyler Leigh, has been tapped to play a prominent role in the video. The actress, who sports a pixie cut instead of the long tresses she wore as Lexie Grey on the Emmy-winning series, makes several appearances in an excerpt from the video, which can be seen here. According to the band’s website, more clips from the video will be available in the upcoming weeks.
The Time Jumpers recently moved from Nashville’s tiny Station Inn, where they had been playing since 1998, to a larger club, 3rd and Lindsley, to accommodate the band’s growing fan base. Still, in spite of their increasing fame, the outfit’s most high-profile member says the weekly gigs are still reminiscent of when he was just starting his music career.
“We split up the money after the gig behind the amps, just like the old days,” Vince tells Portland’s Press Herald. “I like to joke, ‘It’s the only time I play in Nashville where I get paid.’ Every other gig is a benefit.”
“I just love playing music,” he adds. “I don’t know why some people have to think that if they do well they can’t be what they used to be. I like being what I used to be.”

TV Guide Magazine: I can still hear Meredith crying, “Lexie’s dead,” out in the forest. It seemed so real and heartbreaking. You did something in those scenes that was devastating. How difficult was it for you to play? Pompeo: Thank you. It’s not fun. I actually said to my husband the other day, as a younger actress you love the torture and the pain. Acting can be an amazingly cathartic thing — especially for young girls. And then when you get older, settled and very happy in your life, you don’t want to go to work and torture your soul and feel that pain. I used to be so into that, but now when someone dies it takes a lot of work. Doing it once or twice isn’t hard. It’s having to do it more than twice that gets challenging.
TV Guide Magazine: Did you get to have a moment with Chyler Leigh to say, “Hey, thanks for playing with me these last few years as my kid sister and I’m going to miss you”? Pompeo: You know, to be honest I’m not really good at goodbyes. I don’t like them. It gets very dramatic on set. When Chyler died at the table read, everyone was bawling. I just can’t take it. I did the tearful thing at the table read. As actors, we’re dramatic and all prone to drama, so I try to say, “Hey, I love ya” and try to run away.
I updated the DVD features for Not Another Teen Movie. You can check out the screencaps below of Chyler from the DVD extras. Also, I’ve updated the movie caps of the additional scenes that were in Director’s Cut of the movie that I didn’t have from my friend Marica.
I’ve added screencaps of Chyler in the movie Brake in which she played Molly Reins. I’ve also included caps of Chyler from the DVD extra Inside the Box: Making Brake.
Jeremy Reins (Dorff) is about to have a very bad day. He wakes up in total darkness, confused and disoriented. The only light comes from the blood-red digital numbers ticking away above his head. Jeremy quickly realizes he’s in trouble. It’s hard to breath. He can barely move. And no one will answer his cries for help. Then, he hears the sound of an engine and it all becomes clear…he’s trapped in the trunk of a moving car.
As his captors reveal themselves and their motives, Jeremy realizes he won’t be set free until he gives up the whereabouts of “Roulette,” a secret location where the U.S. President is taken in the event of a terrorist attack.
